We are a small business that is dedicated to the care of seniors in the Bay Area since 2011. Our team consists of health professionals, caregivers and administrators, united by the mission of providing homes that are fit for our own moms and dads. We care for our residents as we would our own loved ones: with kindness, respect and humor. Love and genuine care are part of what we do!
Each of our two facilities in sunny South San Francisco is home to six residents. Each home is a charming residence in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. Team members are available 24/7 on site, ensuring safety and comfort for the residents. Safety features make our homes safe and friendly for seniors. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.
Each home is managed by a State licensed administrator with over 20 years experience in health and elderly care. Our care givers are highly trained, with decades of experience, and have all undergone extensive background and medical checks. Our team is in this line of work because they care. What makes our homes unique is the friendship and bonds between our residents and our team members.
Our residents’ health and safety are our priorities. Our homes are equipped with safety features and equipment to ensure a safe environment for our seniors. Our staff are trained to be alert and be responsive to potential dangers.
As part of a healthy lifestyle, we encourage our seniors to be engaged in activities of their choice that promote physical and mental health, such as stretching, walking, reading, playing games and listening to music. We stock our library with residents’ preferred reading and games for mental stimulation. A variety of music is available to create a personal and enjoyable setting in each resident’s room.
Healthy home cooking is on the menu every day. Our residents enjoy three healthy meals and snacks each day. Like a small family, we learn each resident’s preferences and tailor the menu to our seniors’ taste. We cater to special eating requirements such as diabetic, low sugar, low sodium and vegetarian diets.
Memory care is available. We take pride in providing a secure and comforting home to residents with dementia, who often require more attention and care. Residents with dementia usually form deep bonds with our team members, whose compassionate care brings out the best in our seniors.
Our residents enjoy all the comforts of home without a worry about home keeping. We take care the daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry and gardening.
We can keep appointment, arrange transport, and even accompany residents to medical appointments.
Our homes are comfortably and tastefully furnished.
A library is available for recreational reading, news and memory support. We stock up on favorite newspapers, magazines and games to keep residents and families informed and entertained.
Cable TV is provided in every room. Complimentary Wi-fi is available throughout the homes.
Our care givers are highly skilled in providing assistance with daily activities of living. Each resident is unique and enjoys an individualized service plan. Our residents can choose from a range of services such as:
Our residents often utilize the support of multiple health and medical practitioners. For holistic care, we co-ordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists and other medical professionals to support residents with managing appointments and visits. We can arrange transport for appointments and accompany our residents if necessary.
At the heart of our communities are the bonds and friendships among the residents and the team members. Our team members live with the residents 24/7 and care for them like family. Over months and years, our team members develop a deep understanding of each resident’s needs, concerns and preferences.
Around the residents and team members is an extended community of residents’ families. We encourage visits by residents’ family members.
We love celebrating residents’ birthdays and other milestones. Seasonal celebrations take place throughout the year and are open to family members.
Skype and FaceTime are available for virtual visits when family members are unable to visit in person.

What Are The Cost Considerations?
The cost of care depends on the level of care and services required. Please call us to discuss your specific requirements.
Tax deductibility may make our services more affordable than you think. Residents and their responsible parties may be able to deduct the cost of our services if the senior has severe cognitive impairment or is unable to perform at least two activities of daily living (eg bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, toileting, continence). Please consult your tax advisor and refer to IRS Publication 502 for details.
If you are a veteran or a spouse of a veteran, you may qualify for the Veterans Affairs Aid and Attendance Pension (A&A Program). You may be eligible to receive an increase monthly pension amount to cover the cost of care, provided one of the following conditions:
